Exciting opportunity in Sulaimaniyah - Iraq Wira Group is seeking to hire a cash collector to join our team. Wira needs: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. - 2–4 years of experience in: 1) Cash or cheque collection from customers. 2) Reconciliation of payments with invoices and delivery records. 3) Working in cement trading, building materials, or industrial sales sectors. - Familiarity with credit sales and payment terms used in construction supply chains. - Ability to: 1) Accurately count, verify, and record cash/cheque payments. 2) Match collections to sales invoices and delivery notes. 3) Issue official receipts and ensure all documents are signed by customers. - Understanding of: 1) Cement industry sales cycles and customer accounts. 2) Bank deposit processes and handling large-value transactions. - Strong communication skills to coordinate with: 1) Sales team. 2) Finance department. 3) Customers (contractors, traders, and distributors). - Negotiation skills for handling overdue accounts professionally. - High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial records. - Basic skills in: 1) Microsoft Excel for daily collection reports 2) ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Odoo) - High integrity and trustworthiness (critical for a role handling large cash amounts) - Organized and able to follow structured processes. - Physically able to travel to customer sites for collections when needed. - Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
