As the Project Manager, you will be the maestro of our internal marketing projects, fostering collaboration and ensuring their successful execution from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Act as the central point of contact between our marketing department and internal project teams, fostering strong relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving. Collaborate seamlessly with project teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure alignment with project expectations and overall business goals. Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations. Track progress against established milestones to guarantee on-time and within-budget delivery of marketing assets. Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks, potential issues, and conflicts that may arise throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare comprehensive project status reports and presentations for marketing directors to keep all stakeholders informed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Three years of proven experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with both clients and internal teams. Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects efficiently. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
