It also owns exclusive agencies in Iraq and Middle East for international brands specialized in optical fiber products and network infrastructure. Role Overview: This role oversees task progress, ensures alignment with timelines, and facilitates efficient communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: ● Task Oversight: ○ Monitor and oversee task progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and project milestones. ○ Coordinate with team leads to gather updates and ensure on-schedule tasks. ● Timeline Management: ○ Maintain an overview of ongoing tasks, ensuring alignment with set goals and identifying potential delays. ● Communication and Collaboration: ○ Act as a liaison between teams to ensure effective communication on task progress and deadlines. ○ Encourage collaboration among departments. ● Utilize Task Management Tools: ○ Employ and manage task management software, providing support to ensure effective usage. ● Reporting and Analysis: ○ Generate regular reports on task progress, timelines, and areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. ● Proven experience in project or task management. ● Proficiency in task management software (experience with Odoo is a plus). ● Strong communication, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
