We are hiring! iNexusNet Company Job title: Procurement Officer Job Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Work Type: Office Employment Type: Full Time We’re looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services for our company. You will work closely with our team of buyers and suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices for the goods and services we need. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for procurement, we want to hear from you! Procurement Officer Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers · Encourage continuous improvement in competitive bidding practices · Track and schedule all materials, equipment, and personnel purchase orders · Open new accounts as needed · Review supplier proposals and invoices · Discuss and analyze material and equipment needs with engineers · Improve operations through process improvements · Attend vendor meetings · Coordinate with staff, operations personnel, and outside agencies to ensure materials, equipment, and services are available when needed · Assist with contract Requirements And Skills: · Bachelor’s degree · Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish · 2 years experience in procurement is a plus · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Strong analytical and decision-making skills, and demonstrated ability to synthesize information from many sources For interested applicants, please send your resume to: [email protected]
