Job Vacancy in – Small Village Company (Jors Hacos Projects) Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Company: Small Village – Jors Hacos Projects Location: Baghdad, Al-Mansor , 14 Ramadan Street Salary: 1,000,000 – 1,250,000 IQD Gender: Male Working Hours: 8 hours per day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Working Days:6 days per week Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for following up on all digital marketing activities of the company and ensuring their proper execution by coordinating with the media team, content creation team, and external advertising agencies. The role also involves preparing accurate performance reports for the Marketing Manager regarding campaign progress and results. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor the implementation of digital marketing campaigns with service providers and internal teams. Oversee social media posting schedules and ensure adherence to approved plans. Coordinate with the content creation team to ensure the quality of texts, images, and videos before publishing. Ensure all designs and marketing materials align with the company’s visual identity. Track the performance of digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) and collect reports from specialists. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and submit them to the Marketing Manager. Coordinate daily with other departments (Sales, Customer Service) to ensure message consistency. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve marketing quality and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. General knowledge of digital marketing and social media. Proficiency in preparing and submitting professional reports. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
