Task Planning & Follow-up: Create structured tasks for team members, track progress, and follow up to ensure timely delivery. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals. Marketing Planning: Create detailed marketing plans, including content direction and campaign roadmap. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify trends and opportunities. Brand Identity Development: Define and refine the client’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Team Coordination: Ensure smooth collaboration between team members and maintain efficient workflows.
