China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co. Ltd. (CPP) Location: Basra, Iraq CPP is hiring an experienced Pipeline Construction Manager to lead onshore pipeline execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage pipeline construction (26” & 20” lines, crossings, tie-ins) 2. Lead site teams and subcontractors 3. Ensure HSE, quality, and schedule compliance 4. Coordinate with client and stakeholders 5. Resolve site and construction challengesRequirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 2. Minimum 12+ years in oil & gas pipeline construction 3. Proven experience managing full pipeline execution (not supervision only) 4. Strong track record in crossings (HDD/Open Cut) 5.
