Job Title: Operator (Converting Line) Department: Operation Location: Zewe/ Sulaymaniyah Reports To: Production Supervisor Converting Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic team in the Box making industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process, specifically focusing on the operation and maintenance of the production lines. This position demands a strong understanding of machinery and logistics, with a keen eye for detail to ensure products meet quality standards. The Converting Line Operator will be responsible for monitoring various stages of production, conducting quality checks, and performing routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime. A commitment to safety protocols and efficient workflows is essential, as the role requires adherence to specific industry standards while working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively with other operators and supervisors, contributing to a positive work atmosphere that prioritizes communication and teamwork. Responsibilities • Operate and monitor Flexo printing (box making machine) • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot printing machinery • Ensure production runs efficiently and within quality standards • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment • Perform quality checks on finished products for accuracy and integrity • Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues • Maintain accurate logs and documentation for production runs Requirements • BA or diploma; technical degree preferred. • Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshooting skills. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with printing processes and quality control measure • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. • Strong Command of English Languages and Computer skills are a must • Willingness to work flexible hours.
