Miraaya is hiring: Store Manager Location: Iraq, Baghdad About the Role: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, leading the team, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience managing a retail store (preferably in cosmetics or beauty) Proven track record in achieving and managing monthly sales targets and KPIs Experience in leading and supervising a retail team (Sales Advisors / Beauty Consultants) Strong experience in inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction standards If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for retail, we’d love to hear from you!
