Iraq E- Gate for Financial Services (SWITCH) is giving You the opportunity to join its team Sr. Linux Administrator Job details: Sr. Linux Administrator Work location: Baghdad Workdays: 5 Work time: Full Time Description : The primary role is to install and configure Linux operating systems as well as maintenance and administration of Linux environments. Responsibilities : • Daily maintenance/administration of linux server • Installation, set up, configuration of java application servers, tomcat application servers, apache web servers and database servers • Apply patches and updates on various systems. • Responsible of contacting venders and support providers to solve issues • Create and maintain scripts to automate tasks using bash and ansible • Respond to alerts issued by our monitoring systems • Advances troubleshooting of linux systems • Administrating and Troubelshooting Virtualization systems (vmware) • Administrating and troubleshooting storage systems • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services • Communicate eIectively with others both on a technical level and on a business leve.
