Job Summary: Accounting Coordinator Duties/Responsibilities: 1- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation. 2- Working with other accounting department members to compile, analyze, and report financial data. 3- Making journal or ledger entries. 4- Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports and budgets. 5- Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, suppliers, and lenders. 6- Using bookkeeping software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate. 7- Ensuring that company bills are paid and debts are collected. 8- Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls. 9- Staying current on the company, local, state, and federal financial regulations and policies. 10- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. 11- Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities. 12- Assisting management in the decision-making process. Required Skills/Abilities: 1- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Kurdish, Arabic, and English. 2- Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Education and Experience: 1- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 2- Three years or more of related experience required.
