Seeking a self-motivated Commercial Team Leader to manage operations across four provinces, including team management, budgeting, sales analysis, and client relations.
Commercial Team leader OBR TAXI company looking for Four a self-motivated Commercial Team leader to run the operations in 4 provinces which are Baghdad, Najaf, Karbala, Babylon. • Responsibilities • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture • Set clear team goals • Delegate tasks and set deadlines • Oversee day-to-day operation • Monitor team performance and report on metrics • Managing budgets, expenses and pricing and commercial arrangements • Lead role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts • Analyzing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and cost • Supporting the Sales and Marketing department by conducting an analysis of commercial opportunities • Mastermind business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives • Build and nurture client relationships in order to continue winning new contracts • Ensure that the organization complies with contractual obligations as well as state and federal regulations • Works with other department heads to determine company goals and KPIs • Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions • Oversee branding and marketing endeavors to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals • Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients Qualifications • 2+ years prior experience in business development • A proven history of successful leadership • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills • Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team • Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask • Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts ➢ We offer very tempting salary beside monthly bonuses and annually paid holidays. ➢ Please send your resume to [email protected] with mentioning the position and the province
