Looking to hire a Retail Associate in Baghdad for customer service, sales, store operation, and product promotion. Must be able to provide excellent customer experience.
We are hiring! Tamata is looking to hire an employee for the following position: - Retail Associate Location: Baghdad Responsibilities As a retail sales associate, your day-to-day job duties and responsibilities include: · Greeting customers · Answering customer questions related to merchandise and store policies and providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services) · Recommending products or services based on customer needs · Processing customer payments and refunds · Setting and attaining sales goals · Recommending the best products to customers · Ensuring the cleaning and restocking of the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing · Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing · Ensure racks are fully stocked · Ensure merchandise is properly displayed · Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager · Stay up-to-date with new products/services · Deliver exceptional service to shoppers that results in repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty · Maintain a tidy shopping environment and welcoming atmosphere · Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm · Treat all customers with respect and courtesy A retail associate is also responsible for daily store operations, including: · Opening and closing of the store in accordance with operating hours · Stocking, organizing, and taking inventory of merchandise · Manage returns of merchandise · Planning events and workshops Requirements · Interpersonal skills, including verbal communication, and empathy · Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office · Time management · Ability to multitask · Comprehensive understanding of the store products · Basic math skills · The ability to use a cash register · Strong level of professionalism at work · Patience when dealing with demanding customers · Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills · Proven work experience working as a Retail Associate or a similar role · Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships · Ability to perform in fast-paced environments · Experience working in a team-oriented environment How to Apply: To be considered for this position, please send your resume to [email protected] or send us a direct message to our LinkedIn account no later than June 15th, 2023 #hiring #work #ecommerce #resume #job #jobhiring #retailjobs #sales
