🚹 مطلوب موظف او موظفة 🚺 Job Title: Operational Finance Officer Company: Daleel Alsahraa for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Location: Baghdad, Hay Aljameaa, Iraq Daleel Alsahraa, a premier name in freight forwarding and logistics services, is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operation of our logistics network, leveraging your expertise to maintain accurate records, optimize cash flow, and generate insightful reports. Responsibilities: 1- Manage the entire payment cycle for both incoming and outgoing transactions, ensuring timely collections and efficient disbursements. 2- Utilize your comprehensive accounting knowledge to maintain accurate and detailed financial records within accounting software (preferably QuickBooks) and our logistics platform. 3- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate data entry and seamless financial integration between departments. 4- Generate insightful financial reports and present them to stakeholders, offering clear and actionable insights to drive operational excellence. Qualifications: 1- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 3- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable management, ideally within the logistics or freight forwarding industry. 4- Familiarity with SoAs, banking processes, and payment collection procedures. 5- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred). 6- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
