Hirring 📢 📢 Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Company: Hala sat telecome Department: Technical Support Job Summary The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for receiving customer calls and support requests, diagnosing technical issues related to internet services, and providing first-level troubleshooting and resolution. Key Responsibilities * Receive and handle inbound customer calls, emails, and support tickets related to technical issues. * Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues (fiber, wireless, routers, modems, and customer premises equipment). * Resolve issues remotely whenever applicable within defined service procedures. * Follow up on escalated cases and keep customers informed of progress and resolution. * Log all cases, actions, and resolutions accurately in the tickete system. * Provide basic guidance to customers on device configuration and service usage. * Coordinate with field teams, NOC, and other technical units as required. * Identify recurring issues and report them to supervisors for continuous service improvement. * Maintain a professional and customer-focused communication approach at all times. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or ISP environment . * Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
