Position: Project Manager Company: Al Alamiya Furniture Company Reporting to: CEO Mission: Lead and manage all phases of furniture installation projects, including planning, procurement, logistics, installation, technology integration, move management, punch list resolution, and occupancy activation—while ensuring high quality standards and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: •Develop project scope, staffing, schedules, and budgets. •Manage internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners. •Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and vendors. •Oversee installation, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with standards. •Track timelines, financials, and overall project profitability. •Provide regular project updates and deliver superior client service. •Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation. Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. •Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and logistics. •Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and related tools. •Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. •Ability to build strong partnerships and manage data accurately.
