Al-Rafidain Group for Industry and Trade announces its need for an Chief Accounting in one of its companies. Purpose of Job: As a chief accountant you should manage everybody accounting activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future accounting plans Minimum experience, 2 years as a Chief Accounting . Duties and Responsibilities: - mange oversee the entire accounting team. - Conducts all nessary all necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date. - Ensure that all necessary documents are requested collected, and compiled. - Review income tax returns to ensure accuracy. - Advise business owner regarding the accounting reports. - Monitor and mentor / train junior staff , clerk,and bookkeepers. - Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively. - Uphold the excellent reputation of the company. - Work collaboratively with other team to achieve shared goals. - Report directly to the finance manager. - Supervising the routine accounting task in the department on day to day basis according to approved policy and procedures. - Supervising ensurers an accurate and timely monthly. quarterly , and year -end closing. - Ensuring all daily , weekly, monthly,quarterly and annual financial reports are submitted on time. - Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll. - Performs the monthly,financial reconciliation for selected general ledger account, suppliers , banks and inter- Group.
