#Training_And_Development Officer Job Summary : Responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs that support employee growth, improve performance, and align with organizational goals. This role involves assessing training needs, developing educational materials, and measuring the impact of training initiatives Duties & responsibilities: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine training requirements. Develop and design engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules. Create instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars in various formats (e.g., in-person, virtual, blended). Use diverse instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences. Oversee the implementation and management of training programs. Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training content and delivery based on evaluation results. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver, track, and manage training programs. Stay updated on the latest learning technologies and tools to enhance training effectiveness. Provide coaching and guidance to employees on career development and skill enhancement. Develop personalized learning plans and support individual development goals Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and organizational policies. Maintain records of training activities and certifications.. Work closely with HR and leadership teams to align training initiatives with business objectives. Partner with external vendors or consultants for specialized training needs as required. Prepare reports on training outcomes, attendance, and feedback. Analyze training data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models. Relevant certification or training would be a plus Experience with reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI) for generating reports and visualizing training outcomes. Ability to analyze training data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Skills in developing e-learning modules, online courses, and digital training materials. Familiarity with virtual classroom and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) for live training sessions. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Project) to plan, execute, and track training projects. Skills in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for training initiatives. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
