Vacancies at Kawkab Group Position: Warehouse Auditor Location: Baghdad Type: Full Time Deadline: 16-07-2025 Duties and Responsibilities • Monitor warehouse operations and ensure compliance with HSE and internal policies. • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments. • Review warehouse safety practices and recommend corrective actions. • Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. • Organize and deliver safety and compliance training to warehouse staff. • Maintain detailed audit records and generate regular reports. • Support emergency preparedness plans including fire drills. • Collaborate with the warehouse, QA, and project teams to resolve safety and audit findings. • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Experience and Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields. • 2+ years of experience in HSE or warehouse audit roles. • Relevant certifications (e.g., IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) preferred. • Knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards. • Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. • Background in fire protection and emergency drills is a plus.
