Employment Type: Full-time Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Controller to oversee the financial aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs, ensuring efficient financial management, and optimizing profitability. Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures for all food and beverage operations. • Analyze and report on cost variances, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. • Prepare and review detailed cost reports and forecasts. • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to prevent wastage and ensure accurate stock records. • Collaborate with managers to optimize menu pricing and cost strategies. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost control and financial management. • Conduct regular reviews of supplier contracts and negotiate favorable terms. • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role in the food and beverage industry. • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of ERP systems is preferable. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
