Food & Beverage cost control assistant in Dijlah Village. Age 24-40, responsible for controlling wastage, pilferage, verifying sales and revenues, and maintaining cost accuracy.

Requirements: -Male/ Female -Age : 24 Years -40 Years -Salary Range : 1,500,000 IQD _2,000,000 IQD -Annual Leave balance and social security according to the iraqi labour law Interested candidates can email their C.V to the following address: [email protected] Or Whatsapp Number: 07835737436 What the role entails: Able to effectively control the food & Beverage cost. -Control the food and Beverage outlets in terms of Wastage , pilferage and efficiency -prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communication with relevant parties -Update and maintain receipts into the systems -Check and verify discounts on the POS systems -Check and cross verify if all sales have been transferred correctly to the property management systems -Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget -Check the complimentary and confirm that all are approved -Check the daily Food &Beverage revenues report submitted by the income audit for the accuracy of covers and average check -Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded . Education: Bachelor Degree Professional:Finance system Languages: Arabic/ English Experience: 2+years directl experience Basic Competences : confidentiality, Solution orientation, Team Work, knowledge sharing, Openness to Learning
