Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager Company: One Touch Group / Lamsah Gallery Location: Al-Qadisiyah, Baghdad, Iraq Job Type: Full-time, On site Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to oversee our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring the showroom is impeccably presented. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures. • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service. • Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize showroom traffic and sales. • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and presentation. • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure showroom displays are aligned with brand standards. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times. • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within a showroom or retail environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
