NOW HIRING: Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Deputy COO) | WECO Medical Services — Basra, Iraq Drive operational excellence across medical services, occupational health, and project-based healthcare. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations: clinics, WECO Health Center, ambulance, and training center. - Ensure MOH and international compliance. - Develop SOPs, KPIs, and strategies. - Manage corporate and oil & gas client relationships. - Lead digital transformation and audit readiness. Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration (Master's preferred). - 3–5 years healthcare operations; 1–2 years senior leadership. - Multi-site and corporate client experience (oil & gas preferred). - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. - Preferred: JCI accreditation, digital health systems, crisis management.
