Inventory controller managing stock using SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office, with knowledge of internal transfer and inventory processes based in Baghdad.
Khairat Al-Qaryeh company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller (WMS Officer). Based in Baghdad The ideal candidate will manage inventory processes using SAP and facilitate efficient internal inventory transfers between our warehouses in Iraq. The role requires: a good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, familiarity with other Microsoft Office programs. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling stock levels across multiple warehouses, ensuring accurate inventory records in SAP. Internal Transfers: Coordinate internal inventory transfers between warehouses, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods. Goods Receipt: Support the receiving of goods, ensuring all items are accurately recorded in SAP. Reporting: Generate basic inventory reports using Excel and assist in analyzing data. System Management: Use SAP to maintain accurate inventory data, manage inventory levels, and track the movement of goods. Qualifications: Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the FMCG industry. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of SAP (Warehouse Management System) Solid Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and internal transfer procedures.
