Manage reception workflows, lead service team, ensure quality and operational targets in automotive dealership.
Kayan Group is looking for a Reception Section Head to join us! As a Reception Section Head you will oversee frontline service operations, lead the service advisor team, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will manage daily reception workflows in strict compliance with premium brand quality standards while steering the team toward achieving commercial and operational targets. Responsibilities: - Set daily objectives, guidelines, and monitoring workflows to ensure team compliance with departmental policies, core service processes, and HSE regulations. - Cascade monthly commercial targets based on competencies, while leading recruitment, coaching, and performance appraisals to maximize team productivity. - Coordinate maintenance plans with the call center and collaborate with workshop management to ensure timely repairs, optimal job assignment, and resolution of carry-over or come-back cases. - Manage reception resources and documentation to deliver a premium service experience while swiftly resolving escalated customer complaints. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree. - 4-6 experience in-service operation in a reputable dealership of which 2 years should be in a Managerial capacity. - Proven experience in conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. - Strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry. - Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Advanced organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English verbal and written.
