Rig Site Driller Opportunity in Basra Oil&Gas Daily rate 140,000 IQD Key Responsibilities : -Operate and monitor drilling rig activities in line with drilling plans. Track key parameters (WOB, mud pressure, torque) and adjust operations based on downhole conditions. Ensure safe tripping in/out procedures. -Maintain well control by monitoring pressures, fluids, and BOP systems. Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and participate in safety meetings and emergency drills. -Supervise drilling crew (Asst. Drillers, Derrickmen, Floormen, Roustabouts). Provide guidance, ensure safe execution of tasks, and communicate with Toolpusher/Rig Manager. -Ensure proper operation of rig equipment (drawworks, top drive, pumps, rotary table). Report issues and coordinate maintenance with technical teams. -Maintain drilling logs, report incidents and equipment failures, and ensure accurate operational records. -Work with rig management and third-party services (mud, TRS, fishing, etc.) and participate in planning and performance reviews.
