We are seeking a motivated recruitment professional with solid experience in talent acquisition, a strong candidate network, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle while handling multiple vacancies across different industries. Job Overview :- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building strong talent pipelines, sourcing and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. The role will also contribute to achieving recruitment targets and supporting the company’s talent attraction initiatives. Job Details :- Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour Working Days: Sunday to Thursday – 5 days per week Working Hours: 7 hours per day Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: IQD 1,500,000 – 1,750,000 depending on experience and qualifications Key Responsibilities :- * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. * Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. * Source candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networking channels. * Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure a smooth recruitment process. * Develop and maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database. * Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers. * Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring KPIs. * Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. * Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent availability, and labor market insights. * Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment deadlines and targets. Qualifications & Requirements :- * 3–4 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. * Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Strong candidate database and an active professional network. * Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills. * Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and meet hiring targets. * Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
