📢 WE’RE HIRING | BUYER AsiaAluminium is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Buyer to join its team and support supply chain operations by ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and efficient procurement of materials and supplies. 📍 Location: Kurdistan Region, Iraq 🏢 Company: AsiaAluminium 💼 Position: Buyer 📋 Key Responsibilities - Purchase Request Review: Review approved purchase requests to ensure specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements are clear and complete. - Supplier Sourcing & Quotation Evaluation: Identify suitable suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, compare offers, and recommend the best options. - Price & Terms Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions to achieve the best value for the company. - Purchase Order Management: Prepare and follow up on purchase orders in line with company approval procedures and authorization levels. - Supplier & Delivery Follow-up: Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules, coordinate with warehouse, quality control, and requesting departments, and resolve delivery issues. - Procurement Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement records, update transactions in the ERP system, support urgent purchasing needs, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. ✅ Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Good knowledge of supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order processing. - Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. - Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. - Good commercial awareness, cost-consciousness, and attention to detail. 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to: 📧 [email protected] Email Subject: Buyer 📢 Share this opportunity with anyone who may be a suitable candidate! #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
