We’re Hiring | Social Media Specialist 📍 Location: Baghdad, Iraq 🏢 Company: Harmonic for Construction We looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with strong SEO expertise to join our Marketing Team. someone who understands that successful digital marketing goes beyond posting content — it’s about building brand visibility, reaching the right audience, and driving measurable results through organic growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage social media content calendars across relevant platforms. Create, publish, and optimize engaging content aligned with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and website traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization. Apply on-page SEO best practices, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content structure. Monitor social media and SEO performance using relevant analytics tools. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. Collaborate closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Requirements: Proven experience in social media management and SEO. Strong practical knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization. Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4). Understanding of SEO performance metrics, organic traffic, and search intent. Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a marketing team. A portfolio or examples of previous social media and SEO work are highly preferred.
