Develop and execute the business strategy and lead expansion into new locations. 2. Prepare business cases and investment proposals for new projects. 3. Oversee multi-site operations, including those managed by third-party partners. 4. Lead budgeting, financial performance and cost efficiency. 5. Manage partnerships with operators, suppliers, sponsors and relevant authorities. 6. Ensure high standards of safety, compliance and customer experience. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage. 2. At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years or more in senior leadership. 3. Experience managing multi-site operations in leisure, recreation, hospitality, tourism or entertainment. 4. Proven track record in business development, budgeting and financial management. 5. Experience managing third-party operators, contracts and partnerships. 6. Fluency in English; Kurdish or Arabic is an advantage. 7. Experience launching new businesses or opening new sites is highly desirable.
