Job Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Plan, manage, and supervise marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Lead the marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor team performance. Strengthen the company's brand image and market presence. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. Oversee digital marketing activities, social media platforms, and paid advertising campaigns. Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation. Collaborate with the Sales Department to support business growth and increase revenue. Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports using KPIs. Develop innovative marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase sales. Stay updated on market trends and customer behavior. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in the marketing field. Minimum 6 years of experience in a Marketing Manager position. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong experience in developing marketing strategies and managing marketing budgets. Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, and marketing analytics. Strong strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
