Job Vacancy: Call Center Al Rusoom Al Alamiya for Home & Office Furniture is looking for a qualified Call Center Representative to join our team at our Mansour branch in Baghdad. Job Details Location: Mansour, Baghdad Working Hours: Evening Shift Working Days: 6 days per week Experience: Minimum 2 years Job Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. Respond to customer inquiries about products, prices, orders, and services. Follow up on customer requests, complaints, and feedback. Record customer information and interactions accurately in the Odoo system. Coordinate with the sales and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on orders and delivery updates. Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily reports. Ensure a high level of customer service and communication. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Call Center or Customer Service. Good knowledge of the Odoo system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer complaints professionally. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
