Manage and supervise maintenance of rotary equipment (pumps, turbines, motors, etc.), develop maintenance plans, analyze performance KPIs, lead teams, and ensure HSE compliance. Requires over 12 years of experience, bachelor's in mechanical engineering.
Position Tittle: Rotary Equipment Maintenance Manager Experience: +12 years Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all maintenance activities related to rotary equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, generators, and industrial fans. Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to ensure reliable and continuous operation. Perform root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and propose technical solutions to prevent reoccurrence. Lead maintenance teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and enhance the technical skills of technicians and engineers. Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, procurement, and HSE departments. Supervise installation, inspection, alignment, balancing, and commissioning activities for rotary equipment. Manage rotary equipment spare parts and ensure their availability when required. Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as equipment reliability, downtime, maintenance costs, and operational availability. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and international best practices. Prepare and submit periodic technical and maintenance reports to senior management. Supervise and evaluate the performance of external contractors and service providers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in rotary equipment maintenance, preferably in oil & gas or heavy industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
