Our Company Needs Visa and Ticketing Employee to join our team in #Erbil Duties and Requirements: 1- Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone 2- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections 3-Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents 4-Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs 5- Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel 6-Process ticket changes and refunds 7- Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints 8- Book flights, travel, and accommodation, 9- Keep a list of preferred accommodation providers 10- Advise travellers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as Keep traveller database (passport info, traveller preferences, etc.) up to date 11- Short term visa applications and liaison with relevant immigration consultants - Ad Hoc or other related duties as assigned If you are interested, Please Send your cv with subject (visa and ticketing) to : [email protected]
