Company: Digital Future for E-Payments Job Title: Sales Team Leader Location : Baghdad Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team effectively to achieve sales targets. - Monitor team performance continuously, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when needed. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to support business growth and increase market share. - Build strong client relationships and negotiate deals to achieve optimal outcomes. - Motivate and inspire the team to maximize productivity and performance. - Oversee the use of CRM systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Prepare regular reports for management on performance, achievements, and challenges. - Work under pressure and take full responsibility for meeting departmental and company objectives. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, including proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Manager. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a results-oriented mindset. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint). - Good to very good command of the English language. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems and customer data management. - High ability to work under pressure and handle responsibilities effectively. - Excellent skills in motivating employees and building a productive, positive work environment.
