Seeking a senior account executive with a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Responsible for managing customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and assisting with promotional campaigns.
Senior Account Executive Location: Iraq-Erbil Reporting to: marketing general manager Main Tasks Supervising and coordinating daily activities with different clients. • Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers Managing customer accounts and ensuring they remain satisfied with the company's services. Communicating with customers to identify their Contacting customers and gathering feedback Addressing customer queries and complaints Assisting the team with promotional campaigns and marketing offers requirements. Qualifications & Competencies • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field • Proven work experience as a Senior Account Executive. Good time management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication & presentation skills • Ability to manage strict deadlines and stressful situations. Having an eye for detail. • Highly motivated individual. • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
