Company: Golden Swallow Company Location: Iraq, Erbil Position: Cash Collection and Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities: • Cash Collection Management: Follow up with riders in the fleet to ensure timely deposits of collected cash, actively managing those who are late or defaulting on payments. • Defaulting Riders: Implement policies to handle riders who fail to deposit cash on time, including taking legal action when necessary. • Legal Affairs: Manage all legal matters related to the company, ensuring compliance with local laws and addressing any legal challenges. • Fleet Hygiene: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the fleet, coordinating with teams to ensure high standards. • Team Supervision: Lead and support the Admin & Legal Assistant and the Cash Collectors, ensuring effective cash collection and legal operations. • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on cash collection status, aiming to maintain pending cash. • Problem Solving: Address any issues related to cash collection, rider compliance, and legal matters swiftly to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: • Proven experience in cash collection management, legal affairs, or a related field. • Strong understanding of legal processes and financial management. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Leadership abilities and team management experience. • Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting systems.
