Eagle Post in Erbil is seeking a Product Manager to develop and execute product strategies, define product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing product pricing, prioritizing tasks, and troubleshooting development issues.
Product Manager Location: Erbil, Iraq Company: Eagle Post This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Eagle Post located in Erbil. The Product Manager will be responsible for: • Overseeing Product Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies. • Defining Product Requirements: Establish and document product requirements. • Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work with various teams including marketing, sales, and production. • Identifying Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends and competition. • Managing Product Pricing & Positioning: Analyze competition and manage product pricing and positioning effectively. • Prioritizing Tasks & Features: Prioritize features, tasks, and initiatives to ensure the product meets user needs and business goals. • Collecting & Incorporating Feedback: Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product. • Determining Success Metrics: Establish and monitor key success metrics to track product performance. • Budgeting: Manage the product budget effectively to ensure resources are allocated efficiently. • Overseeing Product Development: Oversee all aspects of product development, including product and process design. • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the product development process to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or related field. • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product development/coordination within logistics, courier, or money transfer companies. • Strong project management and leadership skills. • Experience in product management and product development. • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in product management software and tools.
