A Women Empowerment Organization in Erbil is seeking a female field assistant for employer outreach. Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields, advanced English skills, and at least 1 year of experience working for NGOs.
Hello everyone, I am looking for a female candidate for the position of Employer Outreach (Field Assistant) in Erbil at Women Empowerment Organization with below requirements: interested candidates, can share their CV with me. Important: Kindly note that your English must be advanced, and you should have at least one year of experience working for NGOs. Main Responsibilities: 1. To work with employers to develop suitable and sustainable employment and apprenticeship opportunities for a diverse candidate pool. 2. Close coordination with employers to receive feedback and ensure that the recruits’ performance is satisfying. 3. Guide, advise and support both job seekers and job providers on the project activities whenever needed. 4. Outcalls for assessments, filling questionnaires and evaluation forms for both job providers and job seekers on a regular basis whenever it is required. 5. Replying to emails and answering phone calls to provide both job providers and job seekers with Guidance, advice and support whenever required. 6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the direct supervisor including necessary information and recommendations. 7. Establish a database and record all employer details into the database. Required Qualifications and Skills • University degree in Business Management, or related fields. • Experience in recruitment, engagement, and organizing training, • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills mainly in English, Kurdish, and Arabic. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and project management tools.
