Zibox is seeking a Social Media Specialist to create and administer content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Responsibilities include developing content plans, managing daily posts, engaging with followers, and using analytical tools to monitor performance. Experience in social media management and content creation is required.
Social Media Specialist Zibox is a multi-platform Web and Mobile application. The software team build and maintain software solution. The main purpose of ZiBox is everything a user needs «in one box». The user gets a set of useful services and tools using a single account. There is also an opportunity to use services under one interface. It is aimed to make the net surfing for a user much easier. Role Description We are looking for a social media specialist who is Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design. Your role: • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity. • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts. • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner. • Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events. • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance. • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts. • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results. • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media. • Performing other duties when needed. Your skills: • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability • Fluency in English, Arabic, Kurdish • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Working Conditions: • This is a permanent position. • Please note this role will be based at our offices in Erbil. • Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Sunday to Thursday. • Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule If you have the skills required then please send your CV to [email protected].
