Exceptional opportunity for a seasoned mechanical engineer to lead rotary equipment maintenance in the oil and gas sector, overseeing maintenance activities, leading teams, and ensuring safety and operational standards.
NYCO Group, a leading provider of oil and gas services, is seeking to hire a qualified Rotary Equipment Maintenance Manager Position Tittle: Rotary Equipment Maintenance Manager Experience: +12 years Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all maintenance activities related to rotary equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, generators, and industrial fans. Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to ensure reliable and continuous operation. Perform root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and propose technical solutions to prevent reoccurrence. Lead maintenance teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and enhance the technical skills of technicians and engineers. Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, procurement, and HSE departments. Supervise installation, inspection, alignment, balancing, and commissioning activities for rotary equipment. Manage rotary equipment spare parts and ensure their availability when required. Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as equipment reliability, downtime, maintenance costs, and operational availability. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and international best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in rotary equipment maintenance, preferably in oil & gas or heavy industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
