Supercell Internet Services is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2 years of experience in the ISP sector. Must be fluent in Arabic and English, and have strong commercial orientation.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Department: Loyalty and Digital Transformation Department - Marketing Location: Baghdad, Hay Al-Jamea Key Responsibilities: •Oversee the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program •Develop and implement digital campaigns to increase user engagement and reward redemption •Monitor program performance and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and analytics. •Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. •Work with internal teams to create and publish new promotions, product details, and service updates •Manage content displayed on the mobile app Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. •2 years’ experience in ISP sector, preferably with exposure to the Iraqi market. •Good understanding of consumer behavior and ISP trends in Iraq. •Fluent in Arabic and English. •Strong commercial orientation. •Customer lifecycle and loyalty management expertise.
