We are currently seeking a skilled Waterjet & CNC Machine Operator with strong AutoCAD proficiency to join our dedicated team. Position Overview The Waterjet & CNC Machine Operator will play a key role in our stone fabrication process by operating advanced machinery to cut and shape natural stone with accuracy. AutoCAD expertise is essential for reading and creating detailed technical drawings that guide production and ensure our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain waterjet and CNC machines to cut and shape natural stone. Use AutoCAD to create, read, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Load stone slabs and configure machine settings based on design specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure precise, efficient, and safe production. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and design compliance. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines. Qualifications Proficient in AutoCAD (creation and interpretation of technical drawings). Proven experience operating waterjet and CNC machines, preferably in stone fabrication. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machining processes for natural stone. Familiarity with measurement tools and quality inspection methods. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification/degree in machining or related field preferred).
