Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Al-Karkh. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, customer service, travel arrangements, sales, and providing assistance to travelers. Requirements: - Fresh Graduates - Education: Bachelor’s degree - Experience: Not required - Language: Excellent proficiency in English Skills: - Professional and friendly attitude - Familiarity with travel websites and booking platforms - Strong customer service and communication skills - Confidence and self-motivation - Persuasive with basic marketing and sales knowledge - Adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to work in different conditions Work Hours: Morning shift, 8 hours Location: Al-Mansour (Door Al-Sood) Job Responsibilities and Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
