Ashur Brick is Hiring! Position: IT Specialist Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or information technology. Experience: min. 1 year Location: Chamchamal, Suleymaniyah Working Hours: 8hrs (8:00am-4:00pm) Salary: Will be discussed during the interview Duties and Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot technological issues and solve problems quickly to ensure our business operations run smoothly. - Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other technical equipment. - Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, operating systems, computers, printers, network systems, and other technical equipment. - Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently. - Ensure our computers are backed up, so all files are saved in case the system crashes. - Run security checks on our systems to protect us from cybersecurity threats. - Participate in the attending system process, CCTV, IVMS, ID issuing, and other company technical systems. - Provide periodic reports about all the company activities through the company's available monitoring systems. - Ability to train and teach the staff to be successful users of the technical equipment.
