The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and the ability to handle a variety of financial tasks with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Enter project-related data into the ERP system accurately, utilizing different points of entry as required by the CFO. 2. Manage accounting entries, including balance, debt, and credit balance. 3. Maintain a well-organized workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently, even under pressure. 4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Iraqi AC Chart of Accounts and account codes. 5. Knowledgeable of direct cost and indirect cost codes in Finsource transactions. 6. Very good understanding of different types of general expense codes. 7. Familiar with ERP systems and iCloud online platforms. 8. Understand auditing processes and the closure of open balances. 9. React promptly to any urgent issues that arise. 10. Prepare and track financial reports for various suppliers and funding sources. 11. Maintain excellent communication skills with field staff and respond effectively to any issues. 12. Perform other tasks related to the position as required by the supervisor. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Exhibit proficiency in both Kurdish and English. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Work Modality: 6 days per week, Saturday-Thursday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
