A leading Italian Oil & Gas company is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager for a major project in Nasiriyah. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas commissioning, with strong leadership and coordination skills.

🌍 Commissioning Manager – Oil & Gas Project (Nasiriyah, Iraq) 📍 Location: Nasiriyah, Iraq 🏢 Client: Leading Italian Oil & Gas Company 🤝 Recruitment Partner: AQSA AL SHARQ LLC We are currently seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a major Oil & Gas project in Iraq with a reputed Italian EPC company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, commissioning, and start-up of oil and gas facilities and demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all commissioning activities, ensuring systems meet design and performance requirements. • Monitor and record contractors’ commissioning activities, including tests and trials. • Coordinate with delivery contractors, supervision consultants, and client teams to develop commissioning plans. • Implement the project’s Testing and Commissioning Management Plan. • Lead pre-commissioning, testing, and start-up phases, resolving issues promptly. • Oversee completion and handover of works, including punch lists and test documentation. • Ensure full HSE compliance during commissioning. • Manage the final compilation and approval of O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and final reports.
