Savana in Baghdad is seeking a female Business Developer to identify and collaborate with businesses for brand promotion. Responsibilities include field research, partnership negotiations, and managing active relationships. Successful contracts are required.
Title: Business developer Type of employment: Full time Location: Baghdad Department: Business Development ( Female) Job Summary: As a Business Developer at Savana, your main responsibility will be to identify, approach, and collaborate with industries and businesses that align with our brand and take our band to the next level. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving app downloads, and enhancing customer engagement through creative partnerships and activations. • Conduct field research to identify high-potential shops, beauty salons, cafes, and service providers • Evaluate businesses based on customer fit, location relevance, and potential value to Savana • Proactively approach business e commerce industries to introduce Savana and explore collaboration opportunities • Build trust-based relationships with local partners and maintain regular contact • Represent Savana professionally and persuasively to the partnerships • Negotiate mutually beneficial deals that support app promotion and customer engagement • Draft simple partnership agreements and secure signatures from both sides • Ensure each deal is structured with clear deliverables and expected outcomes • Track the effectiveness of partnerships • Coordinate internally with other teams to support execution • Recommend improvements based on data and feedback from partners and users • Have successful contracts • Support in managing active partner relationships and performance tracking Requirements • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Confident communicator, comfortable initiating conversations with new people • Good understanding of business growth, sales cycles, and customer engagement • Previous experience in business development, B2B outreach, or retail partnerships is a plus • Passion for fashion How to Apply If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to [email protected] Please include " Business developer – Baghdad “in the subject line of your email
