Extensya Company is seeking a CMC Supervisor with 5+ years of experience in similar roles. Must be fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English, and have strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
Extensya company looking for CMC Supervisor Location:Erbil Responsibilities 1. Appreciate call/contact management practices and ability to make/contribute towards effective decisions. concerning customer priority and call routing when required. 2. Ensure that daily operations fulfill service targets and KPIs and shift resources among teams if required. 3. Ensure focus on the achievement of income- generating activities and the maintenance of performance service standards. 4. Provide comprehensive and knowledgeable information and service to internal and external customers regarding telecommunication products and services as appropriate. 5. Maintain professional tools and facilities to achieve the department target and Objectives. 6. Organize resourcing and load balancing during the shift intervals 7. Resource allocations through different functionalities of inbound and outbound campaigns. 8. Implement monthly schedule and implements overtime schedule when needed. 9. Manage the rep's leaves, Vacations, Switching, and Time off. 10. Follow up on the team leader's activities, duties, and responsibilities. Qualifications and Requirements • 5+ years experience with a stable history In similar roles Experience operating a high-volume contact center • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English • Strong collaboration, and teambuilding skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to work effectively as a leader in a group of peers • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
