Voltec is seeking a Planning – Monitoring Engineer & Document Controller with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include project planning, monitoring, and document control using Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Announcement for Voltec Engineering Vacant Position Planning – Monitoring Engineer & Document Controller Location: Voltec Head Office (No.10 Malik Mahmoud Street, 305 Rojhalat, Sulaymaniyah Requirements:  Education: BSC in Engineering  Experience: minimum 3 years  Skills: • knowledge of engineering science and technology • Knowledge of Project Management and Planning • Certificate in Primavera P6 • Follow up skill • Pay attention to details • Good knowledge of document control  Responsibility • Understanding project specifications, bill of materials and developing time schedules and plan for the project. • Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Excel and other scheduling tools. • Monitoring, following up and tracking project progress with the construction team. • Preparation of reports (Daily Reports, Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports) • Scheduling and attending meetings with clients (face to face meetings and Online meetings). • Multi-tasking, working on several projects at the same time. • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, • Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets. • Organizing & systemizing the incoming and outgoing documents for the projects • Reviewing the document and following each project document templates • Distribute the project related documents to the internal team • Managing and monitoring the flow of documentation within the organization • File the documents and archiving them • English Language level Speaking, writing and Listening should be very good.  Position and contract condition • Planning- Monitoring Engineer and Document Controller • 3 months probation period with intensive training within our premises under the supervision of senior Planning engineer • The Position is Permanent, after passing the probationary period successfully contract for one year will be issued and is renewable every year with the agreement of both parties.
